		<description>I am thoroughly frustrated by the unavailability of Yahoo to provide live help for users who have serious problems with their Yahoo Accounts.  My Yahoo account has been overtaken over by an unknown hacker and I am unable to sign in and get my email, etc.  I have followed the regular channels for getting help, but I am repeatedly referred to the same suggestions that do not solve my problem.  I am aware that Yahoo is a gigantic organization, however without some form of live help for customers, we become frustrated and angry.  I hope a live human being, instead of a computer, will read this message and get back to me.</description>
