Its sad that i wouldnt be able to go there. It will be nice to put faces to names like Sumit, Westhaven, Pankaj, Amit and many others.

I didnt notice this until i saw the post by Jim yesterday :(.

Work and other things have been keeping me busy and cos of that i will be occupied on 17th as well.

coming to news side of things from my end,

i will most probably leaving my present role and will be taking up a new role as Web Marketing Manager soon.

Also,

I managed to Convert the BIG directory and King of URL to PHPLD 3.0.5 and gave them some new templates to go with as well.

Some new purchases include : Button Blanks , 5 Star Affiliate

Also i did a PHPLD template for Chris (Mystik Media) for his new Dir : Graphics Dir

I was planning to write a post on some basic design tips but it looks like i have to write a alpha copy and then have a read through it so that i dont give out any bad tips ;)

probably before the end of this week, i will get that written. so keep an eye out :)

saw this in DP last week. after the initial thread went haywire, i thought it wouldnt appear for sale again.

but it did and i pm’ed the owner and got it for bin. didnt want to take a risk of going through the bids and losing it.

the owner was using PHPLD 2.0.

so i trashed the existing db of more than 1000 links and upgraded it to 3.0.5 and did a template for it.

i will probably leave it as free for a week or 2 and then will make it a paid one.

on another note, imade thebigdirectory.org a paid one and will probably sell it off as i lost the interest in it ;)

so if you wanna buy it, shoot me a pm or email me and we can talk :D
