I am in the process of adding another possible 1000 more smileys to thesmilies.com.
most of them are reproduced with permission from another source :)
others i had lying around in my hard disk for a while.
i have lost count of the number of smilies on the site.
last count was abt 1100 smilies.
and in the next couple of hrs or by tomorrow i should be adding another 1000 or more.
making it a big resource for free smilies on the net.
also changed the coding a bit.
previously it was a messy bit of the text boxes with no cross browser support.
but today morning, removed all those messy boxes and added javascript and one text box to copy the link code.
also given an option to generate code for bulletin board insertions as well :))
staying with sites, i should be adding some more cool features to Webmasters Cavern.
probably will start an ebook section , not sure yet.
also i am testing out Guestbook hosting + Poll Hosting.
not that they are scarce. but i am hoping this adds to the site’s popularity and keeps visitor coming back.
just running into some coding errors and structural problems.
hopefully once i finish with the smiley updates, i should sit down and finish this.
Dont have a schedule when this will be finished.. but hoping to finish it over the weekend or by sunday thats if i dont get bored with it or ifi get side tracked to another site.
as i have one or two more sites crying for attention.
also, will be adding some more quality poems from a close source. never knew he wrote such fantastic poetry and never knew he wrote poetry in the first place :D
had a chance to go through some of his works and they are really nice.

Finally got the script after some initial hiccups.
site is live and just needs recipes to be added, which i plan to do over the next couple of days :)

the host was down today..some main router problems.
this meant that all sites hosted with dreamhost were down for sometime which i believe is close to 1hr.
not that it matters for this one.. but the others are just starting toc an increase in the traffic and if it goes down.. thats no good..
wont change the host.. as dreamhost is a good host and the support guys (John - who replied to my mails) are good.
today saw another nice site.. but the buyer wouldnt accept paypal so waiting to see if he can find someone to accept it for him :(

yesterday bought another 5 domains.. got absolutely no idea what i am gonna do with them.. but they are nice ones and came for cheap.. so :D
staying with purchases, bought a script for granniescooking.
the script which came with it refuses to work with dreamhost or with lunarpages..
so got a nice script now ;)
they dont deliver on weekends :( but its not far away..

almost all the sites have been done.. no needs any attention now. as most of them are self running.

the host is looking into it.
once it comes back, i will have to add some nice indian recipes to it :D and change the colors and stuff in it..
else, nothing much happening on the forums.. guess its gonna be a boring week again.

yesterday the agency gave a call for the job interview.
but avent returned the call yet. dont feel like. after the miscommunication in the last one, i felt like a stupid idiot going to the wrong place for the interview.
no good movies as well.. watched all good ones..
